Vexonite provides high-performance game server and cloud hosting services, including but not limited to Minecraft, VPS, CSGO, FiveM GTA5, Rust, and other game hosting solutions. We offer Money Back Guarantee and Instant Setup on all our plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Our services must not be used for any illegal activities.
• You must not use our services to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service disruption, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control is not covered under this SLA.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms of Service.
• Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted after a grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vexonite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vexonite is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
