At Vexonite, we stand behind the quality of our hosting services. We offer a Money Back Guarantee on all our hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the specified period.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date for Shared and VPS hosting.
  • For dedicated servers and custom plans, the refund period is 7 days from the date of service activation.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the first purchase of a service. Renewals, upgrades, or add-ons are not eligible for a refund.

2. Process for Refund

  • To initiate a refund, please submit a support ticket via our Support Portal or contact us at support@vexonite.com.
  • Your request must include your account details, order number, and the reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.
  • Any setup fees, service fees, or third-party software licenses are non-refundable.
  • Services terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
